Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing OC Nissan of Irvine to share my overall experience with the sales person and
financing team. Lucky Huynh and Hooman Keyvan should be recognized. My wife and I have been shopping for a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder for the past month. We have experienced other dealerships and can say we had a fair experience but nothing like OC Nissan of Irvine. Hooman I can say went out of his way. My wife Annabel decided to leave since the color of the vehicle was not available. As we were driving off in the rain Hooman Keyvan came running after us in the rain! I stopped and rolled down my window in my 2003 Nissan Altima and he shared some information that another color was available in stock. Our 2nd option was dark grey. We turned around and parked the vehicle and again. Sure enough my wife fell in love with the car. As the man of the house always making the financial decision I appreciated Hooman running after us. Not to make the sale but I felt like he wanted to find me that perfect vehicle for us. He sure did! Now our next step was financing. Lucky Huynh explained in details on how important it is to add additional warranties and other services. I needed him to repeat so that my wife and I were on the same page. He did not sound frustrated or annoyed. He was happy to repeat. If anything the guy wanted us there! Lucky is a motivated individual who has a great personality. There is much to say about him. My overall experience with OC Nissan of Irvine was a pleasant experience and made me feel that they cared. At the end I didn’t care about paying another $1,000 dollars on the vehicle. I’m glad I didn’t share that with the sales person. ? Thank You very much, You made my wife Annabel Sanchez Otero and I very Happy, I’ll see you in 3 years to trade in my old 2003 Nissan Altima!
