From the moment we walked on the lot, there was no pressure... I would have to say with each Nissan employee that we came in contact with we definately felt like we knew them personally which made us feel apart of their family. Sam gave us a great deal on our trade in and a great deal on the price of the Murano. 200% satisfaction!!!

... Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure and no BS, Ken showed us some new Frontiers, but then suggested that we check out a used loss-leader type Frontier that only had 2400 miles. It was a perfect fit, and we saved around $6K or $7K versus a new truck.
Bottom line: We left OC Nissan with a good deal on a good truck, with no pressure and no nonsense. Everyone was as friendly as could be, and we would gladly recommend this dealer.

...Sam and his staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Plain speaking and no hard sell tactics. He went out of his way to get me the car I really really wanted and he got that car to his lot promptly. A great experience, which doesn't happen often when buying cars, and I LOVE MY NEW RED Z!!!

They went out of their way to apply my major expense ( Struts / shocks) vs my extended warranty. Saved me $600++
I also love the $19 oil change card. They also work with me to discount some parts since I have 3 Nissans.
Awesome. Service manager is also very customer-focused.
